BWhale took part in HICOOL 2026 in China, focused on robotics, automation and AI for logistics

As part of its internationalization agenda, BWhale took part with its own booth at HICOOL 2026 in China, connecting with suppliers and technology companies focused on the evolution of retail and logistics. The team representing BWhale at the event — Ma Li, Shen Yuping and Yang Zihan — presented the company and Druppify to visitors and industry companies, and opened new conversations with players in the Asian technology ecosystem.

What BWhale was looking for at HICOOL

The goal was to see first-hand robotics, automation and artificial intelligence solutions that can be implemented in real-world operations such as picking, packing, inventory management and delivery, and to evaluate opportunities to develop pilots, establish partnerships and integrate these capabilities through Druppify.

For a company that runs a network of more than 8,000 druppers and more than 80,000 orders per month with Chile’s leading retailers, bringing automation into the operation is not a theoretical exercise: every technology evaluated is measured against processes that already work in the field.

From Global X Asia to HICOOL

The participation is framed within ProChile Global X Asia, the program that connects innovative Chilean companies with opportunities in key Asian markets and for which BWhale was selected this year. HICOOL is an opportunity to expand the company’s technology network and keep preparing new solutions for its clients in Chile and other Latin American markets.

The same week, BWhale presented its offering at the Chile–Latam Business Meeting Bogotá 2026 and carried out a Druppify trade mission to Mexico: three markets in parallel, with a single consulting, engineering and technology transformation capability developed from Chile.
