    Discovery of context, users, processes, constraints, data, integrations, risks and initial feasibility.

    2–4 weeks

  2. Planning

    Definition of tasks, milestones, required team, validation criteria, dependencies, roadmap and preliminary estimation.

  3. Functional modeling

    Information architecture, flows, module structure, wireframes and operational rules.

  4. Visual modeling and prototyping

    Design system, mockups, prototypes, interaction criteria and usage validation.

  5. Delivery and review

    Results presentation, report, planning, budget and formal approval.
