Technology projects already operating in the field
A selection of the +100 projects delivered for mining, logistics, agriculture, healthcare and connected cities — each showing the initial challenge, the approach taken and the solution deployed.
KAIVO 3R · Safe access to mining trucks
Challenge: guarantee safe access to CAEX trucks even during a power failure. We developed the automated retractable ladder control, operable without electrical power: access automated and safety preserved under failure conditions.
Truck Audit System · Cargo auditing without stopping the flow
Challenge: verify that each truck's load matches the plan without slowing dispatch or relying on manual counting. We designed LATAM's first RFID truck audit system (2022): automatic validation at the checkpoint and traceability for every dispatch.
RAVENO · Mandatory notification without admin burden
Challenge: reporting mandatory-notification diseases relied on manual paperwork during the clinical consultation. We built devices installed in hospital exam rooms that automate this reporting: notification digitized and less manual work for medical teams.
ZEBRA · Road safety beyond the power grid
Challenge: improve road safety on highway stretches with no grid power or stable connectivity. We developed an autonomous pole system deployed on Chile's highways: signaling that operates without relying on existing electrical infrastructure.
Mining maintenance solved on site, not in the workshop
Challenge: programming, testing and diagnostic tasks that forced equipment back to the workshop. We designed and manufactured a line of portable instruments — Configuration Panel, Relay Tester, Harness Check Kit and P&H 4100 Shovel Control — now sold to 10 mining companies.
Traceability of who drives each vehicle
Challenge: know with certainty which driver operates each fleet vehicle and monitor driving on the road. We implemented biometric identification across vehicles plus speed-violation monitoring and reporting: traceable accountability and evidence available for fleet management.
DGA compliance without civil works or external installers
Challenge: meet the obligation to report water extraction to the DGA across scattered farms with limited connectivity. We developed self-installable weather, irrigation, soil and extraction nodes reporting directly to the MEE system: regulatory obligation covered and continuous visibility over water resources.
Olivos Riego · Operational continuity for a live platform
Challenge: sustain and evolve an irrigation platform already in production without interrupting service to its users. We took on continuous DevOps operation and support with monthly service reports: guaranteed continuity and platform evolution with full technical context.
Smart PickUp · Deliveries without reception staff
Challenge: receive and hand over parcels in buildings and facilities where staff is not always available. We deployed smart lockers with QR or numeric codes and automatic notifications: self-service drop-off and pickup, with a record of every operation.
Nationwide coordination of workforce and deliveries
Challenge: coordinate flexible workforce and deliveries across many locations with scattered tools and no compliance traceability. We built the platform that unified shifts, orders and settlement into a single flow — the operation that gave rise to Druppify.
Early seismic alerts: from hypothesis to validated prototype
R&D challenge: validate whether an in-house sensor network could usefully anticipate an earthquake. We developed the early-alert system and took it to a working prototype, recognized with the Startup Chile Innovation award.
AI-assisted soft-skills training
Challenge: train soft skills in corporate settings without depending on in-person facilitator sessions. We developed AI models applied to soft-skills training, making practice available outside an instructor's schedule.
